Our Mission & Vision

Abingdon Bible Church is a community of believers dedicated to serving Abingdon with the love of Jesus. Our mission is to share the Gospel in our city and beyond. We are an interdenominational church, welcoming people from all walks of life. Our focus is on worship, discipleship, and community outreach. Our purpose is to be a beacon of hope in the Abingdon area by spreading the message of Jesus Christ. We strive to live out our faith in everyday life, loving our neighbors as ourselves. Evangelism and Outreach We believe that sharing the Gospel is crucial to our mission, and we seek to do this through various means. This includes Bible studies, community events, and personal relationships. Discipleship and Education We are committed to helping people grow in their faith through Bible studies, small groups, and other educational programs. Our goal is to equip believers to live a life that honors God. Youth and Family We believe that families are a vital part of our church community and seek to support and serve them. This includes programs for children, youth, and adults, aimed at strengthening relationships and deepening faith. Community Service Our community service focus is centered on serving those in need in Abingdon and beyond. We strive to be a source of hope and compassion in our city.
